Overview
Kyle Jasper Evans Koch is an associate in the New Orleans office of King & Jurgens, primarily working in the environmental practice group. Kyle’s practice includes environmental law and regulation compliance, toxic tort, legacy lawsuits, and contamination and exposure litigation related to the energy and chemical industries.
Kyle graduated cum laude from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2021, where he served as a research editor for Loyola Law Review, competed in the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, and participated in Loyola Law Clinic’s criminal defense practice. Prior to law school, Kyle received his B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Louisiana State University in 2018.
Before specializing in environmental law, Kyle worked as a jack of all legal trades. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in matters ranging from property damage to breach of contract, drafted and negotiated lease and service agreements, and managed the licensing and permitting of a restaurant transitioning to new ownership. Kyle also has experience in the prosecution of patent applications and the defense of trademark infringements.
Born and raised in Alexandria, Louisiana, Kyle enjoys golf, traveling, and Saturday nights in Tiger Stadium with 102,320 of his closest friends.
