Our Environmental Practice team works with clients across a variety of industries, including health care, biotechnology, research institutions, and petroleum and alternative energy to help navigate the legal requirements, regulation, and permitting issues that can arise.

We've appeared before the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Louisiana State Police and the United States Corps of Engineers. We also have extensive experience in litigation involving the Clean Water Act, the Clean Air Act, CERCLA and RCRA.
