Bercaw Speaks on Requirements of the Marcel Exception to the LOIA

Attorney Jim Bercaw gave a presentation in-house at a large privately held, independent insurance broker. The presentation examined the requirements of the Marcel Exception to the Louisiana Oilfield Indemnity Act (“LOIA”), LSA – R.S. 9:2780.
