Bercaw Presents on Contractual Risk Management to Corporate Counsel

Jim Bercaw presented a two-hour CLE to the Association of Corporate Counsel's Louisiana Chapter on June 12, 2014. The presentation was titled "Contractual Risk Management: How Attorneys Work Themselves Out of Work (or Not)," and provided tips to significantly reduce the chances of attendees later having to hire him or any other attorney to defend their company in casualty litigation.
