Overview
The attorneys in our Admiralty & Maritime practice group represent a variety of clients within the marine industry: vessel owners, operators, charterers, logistics providers, towing companies, offshore companies and underwriters, among others. We work both domestically and internationally for clients, handling matters in state and federal courts, in arbitration, and before international tribunals. We also represent clients before state and federal regulatory agencies, such as the Department of Labor, the Occupational Safety & Health Administration, and the U.S. Coast Guard.
